If you are a new client or have questions about which appointment is best suited to you, this free discovery call is for you. During the call you can ask any questions and see if I am the right fit for your health concerns

Acute consults are a quick 20 minute appointment for any current concerns including cold and flu, UTI and current infections. Not appropriate for complex concerns

Our Extended Initial Consultation is a comprehensive 90-minute session designed to dive deeper into your health concerns and goals. During this appointment, we will thoroughly review your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and diet. This extended time allows us to explore deeper into pathology results and the underlying causes of your health issues leaving no stone unturned. Whether you’re dealing with chronic conditions, hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders, or simply seeking to optimise your wellbeing.

The initial consultation involves discussing your medical history, current health concerns, diet, and lifestyle to assist in gaining a holistic understanding of your presentation. From this, an individualised treatment plan will be developed, which may include the prescription of supplements and dietary and lifestyle advice. Further testing or referrals may be required.

A longer return may be needed if you present with a complex condition, require pathology results reviewed, or if it has been longer than 6 weeks from your initial appointment. In the return consult we build on the information initially gathered and review your treatment plan, making any necessary adjustments.

Based on your progress and feedback, we’ll refine and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. If you have any new health concerns or questions these can also be addressed in the return consult

Online consultations are held via Zoom. Once you book your appointment, a secure Zoom link will be emailed to you ahead of your session. You can join from the comfort of your own home with your laptop or phone. Online consults alow for you to book from anywhere in Australia.

Yes, I offer discounted appointments for concession card holders and seniors. Please contact me directly to enquire about eligibility before booking.

Yes! You can see me in person at a Research and Reservoir location please choose your preferred locations when booking. If you can’t see a time that suits reach out via email.

After your consultation, you’ll receive a personalised prescription via email with access to an online dispensary portal. From there, you can easily order high-quality practitioner-grade supplements delivered straight to your door.

Please allow up to 24 hours after your consultation to receive your prescription. I take the time to carefully curate your plan to ensure it’s tailored specifically to your needs.

You can pay securely via bank transfer or online payment through a secure payment link. Pre-payment is required to secure your appointment, if you would like a payment plan option for consultation packages please contact me.

All personal information shared is kept strictly confidential and securely stored using professional, encrypted software. Your Zoom consultations are conducted in a private, secure setting to protect your privacy.
To maintain confidentiality, we recommend you also join your online consultation from a quiet and private space.

No-shows or cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% fee. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee. Reschedules made more than 48 hours in advance can be transferred to a new appointment time without penalty.
