Acute Consult
Acute consults are a quick 20 minute appointment for any current concerns including cold and flu, UTI and current infections. Not appropriate for complex concerns
Initial Consult
The initial consultation is 60 - 75 Minutes and involves discussing your medical history, current health concerns, diet, and lifestyle to assist in gaining a holistic understanding of your presentation. From this, an individualised treatment plan will be developed, which may include the prescription of supplements and dietary and lifestyle advice. Further testing or referrals may be required
Return Consult
A 30-minute consult where we discuss your progress and, we’ll refine and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. If you have any new health concerns or questions these can also be addressed in the return consult.
Appointments and Fees
Appointments are currently available by Telehealth Australia wide or in person in Research and Reservoir, Victoria. Please note that new patients will be required to complete a registration form and prepayment is required to secure your appointment.
Concession discounted rates are available to full-time students, health care card, pension card, and seniors card holders.
Cancellation Policy
No-shows or cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% fee. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee. Reschedules made more than 48 hours in advance can be transferred to a new appointment time without penalty.

Dispensary
Everyone’s health needs are individual and prescription costs will vary. Budget can be addressed in the initial consult and a prescription can be developed to meet your individual needs. Prescriptions can vary from dietary and lifestyle advice to herbal and nutritional prescriptions which are distributed from an online dispensary
